From a web developers perspective my favourite features are the new re-factoring and CSS3 support.

For me NetBeans 7.1, EXTJS, PACKTAG and DWR are all you need to build good one page web apps.

There is a dependency on Geronimo version 2.0.2 which is still available from Apache archives, however there has been several security fixes since this release.

I was disappointed with the NB7 beta releases which were pretty much unusable due to crashing. NB7 RC1 is much more stable and polished and does seem a whole lot more responsive.
